During the friends and family launch period, parts of Forked Up may be experimental, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change without notice. Features, recommendations, availability, and content may be modified, delayed, or removed at any time.

What Forked Up Provides

Forked Up helps users discover restaurants, menus, and dishes based on preferences, activity, and location. The service may include AI-driven recommendations, conversational search, nutritional information, and AI-generated visuals.

Forked Up does not guarantee restaurant availability, menu accuracy, ingredient accuracy, allergen completeness, nutritional precision, or suitability for any medical, dietary, or health purpose.

No Medical or Nutritional Advice

Forked Up is an informational product, not a medical, dietary, or healthcare service. You should independently verify ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and nutrition information before making food decisions, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.

Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, disputes relating to intellectual property, or requests for injunctive or equitable relief, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court.

This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. You and Forked Up LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration may be conducted remotely, by written submissions, by phone, by video conference, or in another format permitted by the applicable AAA rules.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for qualifying matters, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, applies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may also provide notice through the website, app, or email when appropriate.
